From April 3–6, 2008 several members of Kettle Moraine Insurance Professionals traveled to Sioux Falls, SD to attend the 65th Annual Region V Conference of the National Association of Insurance Women. Attendees from all areas of insurance representing seven mid-western states attended education sessions, networked with fellow NAIW members and had the opportunity to meet with the National Secretary, Margaret Wildi. There were also numerous opportunities to serve on committees in various capacities. KMIP was honored to have three of their members receive regional awards and will now represent the region at the national convention to be held in Scottsdale, AZ this June.

Each contestant was required to submit an essay pertaining to their area of expertise along with their involvement within NAIW at the local, council, regional and national levels. The entries were then judged by an independent panel with the announcement made at our closing banquet.
